- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was suppose to be getting a very important package today and I paid extra money to have it ship to my home in 2 days.. So I took off work today to make sure I was here to receive it and it's almost closing time and I still have not got my package.. I keep calling and all its saying its out on delivery. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not capable of delivering a package at all. I ordered 2 day shipping on a special battery, and its been over a week. I called UPS twice and the foreigner I couldn't understand for the most part said they tried to deliver it at 9pm. Please tell me what business is open at 9pm? Are your drivers that damn incompetent? Why are you incapable of delivering a package at normal hours like FedEx, and USPS? Are they incapable of leaving the damn package on the door step, or with a neighbor? - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely unhelpful customer service and incompetent drivers. When they lost my husband's iPhone, they told us they would send it back to China because we "didn't pick it up". It was actually just sitting in their damn truck for days which they discovered after having the driver actually go lay eyeballs on his truck after I argued with them for HOURS. Today, they lost another package but claim they delivered it to my back door. Ridiculous, since the front door faces the street. No package at either door. They are trying to send me to talk to Amazon customer support, refusing to even deal with me. I'd use another service if I could.By Monika Jankun-Kelly, October 07, 2016
